Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1984) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) am                                                               
    "An Act relating to claims and court actions for defects in the                                 
    design, construction, and remodeling of certain dwellings; limiting

    when certain court actions may be brought; and amending Rules                                   
    79 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure."

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 151(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
151(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 151(JUD) am?"  The roll was taken with the
